Cette boîte en grès arbore un motif de feuillage réalisé à la main grâce à la technique du sgraffito. Une couche d’engobe bleu pétrole recouvre la surface avant d’être grattée pour révéler le décor, puis chaque feuille est à nouveau gravée afin de reproduire l’effet délicat des nervures. L’intérieur et l’extérieur sont recouverts d’une couverte transparente aux reflets bleutés, offrant une finition lisse et lumineuse.
